Terms of Service

Using Fdl

These terms describe the conditions for using Fdl at fdl.vdzip.com. Use the website only if you can lawfully agree to these terms and understand what the downloader does. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Questions can be sent to info@vdzip.com.

What the service provides

Fdl accepts links and asks an external backend for available video media. Results depend on the source, the backend, and technical availability. Not every public link can be processed. A returned file is not a guarantee of a specific resolution, audio track, format, watermark status, or completeness. Fdl does not provide access to private accounts or recover deleted videos. Check the source and the downloaded file before relying on a result.

Your permission to download

Submit material only when you have the necessary rights or another lawful basis to access and save it. Public visibility does not automatically permit copying, editing, redistribution, or commercial use. You are responsible for considering copyright, privacy, platform terms, and any other rules relevant to your activity. Permission for one purpose may not cover a different use or soundtrack.

Unacceptable activity

Do not use Fdl to bypass access controls, obtain private recordings, harass people, or distribute unlawful material. Do not submit malicious addresses, attempt to exploit the download handlers, interfere with other visitors, or overload the service through abusive traffic. Do not provide passwords or session credentials. We may restrict requests or access to protect the website, respond to misuse, or address a rights complaint.

Third-party material and services

Videos, trademarks, and other third-party material remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Fdl is an independent tool and is not endorsed by the platforms named on its pages. External websites and backend services can change or become unavailable without notice. Their own terms and policies may apply when you use them. A successful download does not transfer ownership of the material to you.

Availability and responsibility

The tools are supplied as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or suitability for a particular task. Keep original files separately when you need a dependable archive. We are not responsible for third-party content or decisions you make using it. Any limitation of liability is subject to applicable law and does not exclude responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Copyright concerns and disputes

Send reports about material available through Fdl to info@vdzip.com and include the specific addresses and an explanation of your concern. Our DMCA & Copyright Notice page explains the information useful for reviewing a report. We may request clarification or restrict access to material within our control. We cannot remove an original post from another company's website.

Changes and contact

We may change the tools, suspend features, or update these terms as the service develops. Revised terms will appear here with an updated date. Changes do not override mandatory rights you may have. For support or questions about these terms, use the Contact page or email info@vdzip.com.
