Privacy Policy

About this policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you visit Fdl at fdl.vdzip.com, submit a video link, or contact us. Fdl provides a browser interface for requesting available media from public video sources. Read this policy alongside our Terms of Service before using the tools.

Video links and request processing

When you submit a URL, our server processes that address and communicates with an external download service. The submitted link is shared with that service as needed to fulfil your request. Returned media may be delivered through our download handler. A link can contain account names, post identifiers, or tracking parameters, so do not submit confidential links, passwords, access tokens, or private messages.

Technical information

Hosting, network, security, and download providers may process information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, requested addresses, and error records. This information can be needed to deliver pages, investigate failures, and prevent misuse. The website code alone does not establish which infrastructure logs exist or how long each provider retains them. This policy does not promise anonymous processing or a fixed deletion period that we cannot verify.

Messages you send us

Emailing Fdl provides us with your email address and the information included in your message. We use support correspondence to understand the issue, reply, and handle related follow-up. Include only what is necessary. Remove personal details from screenshots where possible, and never send social account passwords or authentication codes. Copyright reports may need additional identifying information to assess the claim.

Cookies, storage, and outside websites

The downloader does not require a Fdl user account. Browser storage and caching can be used by website functionality or the infrastructure delivering it. You can manage site data through your browser settings. Source platforms and external services operate under their own policies; following a source link or using their services may involve separate data processing. This policy does not describe their practices as if they were under our control.

Retention and security

Submitted links and media are processed to fulfil requests; Fdl is not presented as a personal media library or backup account. Temporary files, request records, or infrastructure caches may exist during technical processing. We do not guarantee immediate erasure from every system. Support records may be kept as needed for the issue, security, or applicable obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security, so avoid including sensitive information in requests.

Privacy questions and requests

Contact info@vdzip.com to ask about information associated with your use of Fdl or to request correction or deletion of information you supplied. Describe the request without including unnecessary sensitive data. We may need enough information to identify the relevant record and verify that you are entitled to request a change. Available rights and any exceptions depend on the rules that apply to your situation. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

Policy updates

We will revise this page when the service or its information practices change. The date above identifies this version. You can contact us through the Contact page or at info@vdzip.com if anything here is unclear.
