DMCA & Copyright Notice

Respect for creators

Fdl respects copyright and expects visitors to use its tools only for material they are entitled to access and save. A public post is not automatically free to redistribute. This page provides a way to report a copyright concern involving fdl.vdzip.com. It does not claim that publishing this page alone establishes any statutory safe-harbour protection or registered-agent status.

Where to send a report

Send copyright concerns to info@vdzip.com with the subject Copyright report — Fdl. Explain your relationship to the work and identify the specific activity on Fdl that you believe infringes your rights. A broad request naming only an entire platform may not give us enough information to investigate. For material hosted on another platform, also consider reporting directly to that platform, which controls the original upload.

Information to include

Identify the copyrighted work, or provide a representative list if the report covers several works. Identify the material you are reporting and give the exact Fdl addresses, submitted source URLs, or other details needed to locate it. Include your name and contact information sufficient for a response. Where you intend to submit a formal DMCA notice, include your physical or electronic signature, a statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law, and a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the owner of the relevant exclusive right.

How we handle a concern

We review reports concerning the service and may ask for clarification, supporting information, or identification of the specific material. Where appropriate, we may remove material or restrict access through systems under our control, subject to applicable law. Do not treat submitting a report as a guarantee of a particular result or response time. Fdl cannot delete an original video from a third-party platform or erase copies already saved on someone else's device.

If you believe a restriction is mistaken

Reply to info@vdzip.com with the reference to the affected material and explain why you believe a mistake occurred. Include evidence of ownership, permission, or another basis for your position where relevant. We will assess the issue under the process and law that apply. If a formal counter-notification procedure is applicable, obtain guidance about its required statements and consequences before submitting one; an ordinary support message should not be assumed to satisfy those requirements.

Accuracy and privacy

Submit a report only when you have a genuine basis for the claim and are authorised to make it. Knowingly false or misleading notices can have legal consequences. Copyright correspondence can contain identifying information and may need to be shared with an affected party or service provider when necessary to address the claim or meet legal requirements. Include what is needed to investigate, but avoid unrelated private information.

Other concerns

For impersonation, personal privacy, harmful content, or a general technical issue, describe that concern clearly rather than labelling every complaint as copyright infringement. Contact info@vdzip.com or use the Contact page. We may direct you to the source platform when it is the organisation able to act on the original content.
